1 x Weekend Breath + Flex Class




1 hour 10am Breath + Flex Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation class. More aerobic and physically demanding, but with a meditative edge at the end. Each session is different every time. Based on Kundalini Yoga sequences, each session features breathwork, a relaxation and has a specific theme, everything from heart opening and boosting the immune system, to strengthening the abs and detoxification.
