Thankyou so much for visiting the site! I created my offering with one soul aim – to do my small part to try and help people stop feeling like fish out of water, through use of the breath, stretch, flex and of course that all important bit – rest, or to use one of my favourite words ‘nest’ :@). I am passionate about calming breathwork, cacao, making meditation easy, kundalini yoga, stillness, sound healing (in studios and on water!), gong baths, holistic treatments and techniques which enable us all to learn how to release our own feel good hormones, hack our own stress systems, get out of the dreaded zone of fight or flight, and ensure everyone feels as welcome as possible regardless of body size, age, ability or outfit. BREATH + flex

More aerobic and physically demanding, but with a meditative edge at the end. Each session is different every time. Based on Traditional Kundalini Yoga sequences, each session features 2-3 breath meditations, longer relaxations and each has a specific theme, everything from heart opening and boosting the immune system, to strengthening the abs, and detoxification.

I teach Breath + Flex 1 hour sessions live most Saturday mornings at 10am.

BREATH + stretch

Low impact on body, high impact on the mind, these gentle yet powerful sessions feature a combination of stretching and breath meditation techniques. Aimed at calming the mind and body on both a physical and emotional level.

I teach Breath + Flex (affectionately known as Pranayama in Pyjamas) a few Monday or Tuesday evenings a month at 8.30pm. Check the BREATH Live page

BREATH + nest

This does what it says on the tin, and invites you to really bed in, curl up into some serious r&r. Currently this on demand section includes two sample 15-minute gong-bath sessions with breath work at the start. I recommend you use earphones to get the best possible sound from the gong.

Look out for the much-loved gong and soundbaths i often host on a sunday night at 10pm on Instagram Live, and am soon to start in person in central London W1 and North London EN5

Breath + guest

Part of the Feel Like a Fish offering is to have some of the most incredible UK wellness experts in their field come along to teach my members, followers, family and friends and anybody else who comes across me :@). Recordings of their sessions where possible will be posted here and are available for Feel Like a Fish members to access at anytime.

BREATH EQ

These are short and simple 6-7 minute quick-fix, ancient yet scientifically proven breaths, to conquer or deal with certain emotions – for instance: Anger / Mistrust / Empowerment / Emotional Balance. It’s a great introduction to the power of breathwork, or if you have slightly less time in your day. You will also find some of these within the Breath, Tips & Tools section within the website, as well as on the @feellikeafishinwater Instagram page.

THE FIVE TIBETANS

Thought to be more than 2,500 years old, The Five Tibetans consist of a sequence of five exercises, each of which is ideally performed 21 times – though the number of repetitions can be reduced if necessary. People who do them report that the sequence has incredible physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. These effects are thought to restore a person’s vitality and strength. The Five Tibetans are traditionally known as the ‘Fountain of Youth”. You can follow the picture guide until you are familiar with the sequence, or purchase the video from the free Secret Society Portal. I cannot emphasise enough how great this sequence is for your abs and arms. They are quite a strong sequence so please take care of your body and see the FAQs or Terms & Conditions if you are unsure of whether they are right for you. On occasion i will also teach them via zoom, so keep an eye out on the class schedule for those. I promise they will transform your body!
